Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python for AI/ML workflows or Full-Stack JavaScript.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
• English proficiency at least B1 (Intermediate).
• Analytical mindset and passion for clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities

• Chain-of-Thought (CoT) Writing: provide detailed, step-by-step rationales for complex prompts.
• Conduct Logical Auditing to spot logic gaps, hallucinations, or errors.
• Draft and refine instruction tuning prompts in Python or JavaScript.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for security and adherence to standards (e.g., PEP 8).
• Ensure the AI follows multi-dimensional rubrics, tone, and honesty.
