YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects remotely worldwide. You will handle graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and multimedia tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project guidelines.

You'll evaluate AI-generated designs, provide detailed feedback, annotate content, and help optimize workflows. The role requires hands-on experience with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience in creative fields.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work including labeling and annotation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet remote project deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
