Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Testing Analysts to rigorously test AI-generated code, run programs, and identify bugs. This fully remote hourly contract offers 10-40 hours per week and the freedom to schedule tasks.

You’ll document findings, assess code quality, and propose precise improvements to help AI improve software. No formal QA or software engineering background is required, but a logical mind and eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reading and running simple programs in at least one programming language.
• Logical thinker with a natural instinct for finding what's broken.
• Detail-oriented and consistent - you don't let edge cases slip by.
• Clear and concise written communicator.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No formal QA, software engineering, or AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run AI-generated code and evaluate whether it performs as expected
• Hunt for bugs, edge cases, and unexpected or incorrect behavior
• Assess code readability, structure, and overall quality
• Suggest clear, actionable improvements to help AI write better software
• Document your findings in structured, detailed formats
• Work across a variety of programming languages and problem types
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
