Job summary

Jobgether in Turkey seeks a Project Manager (Art Team) to oversee a 2D art production pipeline for a mobile game. You will manage plans, roadmaps, capacity, and delivery, using data analytics to uncover bottlenecks and improve processes. You will liaise with producers, designers, developers, and marketing to ensure on-time quality assets.

You will tailor Jira workflows, dashboards, and automations, maintain project docs, and drive scalable processes for consistent high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably for art/design teams.
• Proven ability to structure, interpret and act on large data sets.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms.
• Advanced Jira proficiency with custom fields and dashboards.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in game development, animation, or digital production is a plus.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate or higher English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, break down, and manage Art team tasks across pipelines and sprints.
• Define roadmaps, timelines, deadlines, and release plans.
• Allocate work based on workload, capacity, and skills.
• Customize Jira to support team workflows, dashboards, and automations.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.
• Create reports and visual dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate between Art team and producers, designers, developers, and marketing.
• Oversee art asset quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, and standups; maintain docs.
