Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Licensed Responsible Pharmacist eligibility in accordance with local regulations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory planning aligned with department priorities.
• Manage registrations, variations, renewals, and lifecycle maintenance of all marketed products.
• Ensure compliance of licenses, certifications, and regulatory filings per local regulations.
• Maintain regulatory data within global systems.
• Coordinate with quality, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Review promotional and non-promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
• Support GDP-compliant processes related to product handling and distribution interfaces.
• Provide regulatory input for pricing, reimbursement submissions, tenders, and market access.
