Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in pharmacy, medical or life science field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in international drug and device safety regulations and quality systems.
• Experience supervising teams across multiple affiliates or geographies.
• Willingness to travel ~20% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional pharmacovigilance strategy and operations across aligned affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with GVP requirements and maintain high quality PV processes.
• Coordinate QPPV network and Local Responsible Person activities; ensure proper coverage.
• Interface with GPS, MQO and regulatory bodies to align regional safety actions.
• Drive continuous improvement with global process owners and regional teams.
• Manage risk management, adverse event handling, and regulatory reporting.
• Represent Lilly's PV vision in regional governance and decision-making forums.
