A global health technology company is seeking a Regional Business Unit Leader for Beauty, based in Turkey. This role involves delivering the business plan for the Beauty Segment, coordinating with both local and global teams, and driving marketing engagement with insights-driven strategies. You will be responsible for the development and execution of the go‑to‑market approach of the assigned portfolio, the associated products, solutions and services, in alignment with the Business and Region overall marketing strategy. Working closely with the Business to ensure that deep consumer and category insights of the Regions are reflected in the strategy, a winning portfolio is created and flawless new product introductions are enabled.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
