Job summary

AppSynergy is hiring a React Native Developer to craft mobile apps that blend AI-enabled features with solid design. The role is full-time and remote-friendly, with the Istanbul HQ serving as an optional base.

You’ll work closely with product, UI/UX, and AI teams to deliver scalable, cross-platform apps across multiple verticals. You’ll join a product-driven team focused on ownership, collaboration, and quality, participating in Scrum cycles and contributing to high-performance mobile

Qualifications

• Proficient in React Native development with a focus on performance and UX.
• Experience integrating Redux state management and React Navigation.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and third-party SDKs.
• Ability to write unit tests and debug efficiently.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

About the Role

We design and launch smart, impactful mobile apps across various verticals — productivity, creativity, education, and more. As a React Native Developer, you’ll work closely with our product, UI/UX, and AI engineering teams to build beautiful and scalable cross-platform apps.

This is a full-time position based remotely or from our Istanbul HQ, with a strong focus on ownership, collaboration, and quality.

Responsibilities

Build performant UIs for Android and iOS using React Native

Implement native integrations and animations when needed

Write modular, testable, and maintainable code

Collaborate with designers and PMs to translate product ideas into technical solutions

Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and monitor crash reports

Stay up-to-date with platform changes and mobile best practices

Participate in Scrum-based agile development and code reviews

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in mobile app development

Experience with Redux, React Navigation, and modern component patterns

Familiarity with REST APIs, backend integration, and third-party SDKs

Understanding of mobile UX principles and pixel-perfect layout building

Experience with unit testing and debugging tools

Good written and spoken English

Bonus: experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google ML, etc.)
