Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Europe Foods seeks an experienced R&D Associate Process Engineer to lead deployment of advanced process technologies across Europe. You will scope, install, and commission new non-centreline equipment and define validation plans to support successful commercialisation.

Responsibilities include leading pilot plant trials, developing DoE studies, and partnering with Food Safety, Quality, and other teams to ensure safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and apply statistics.
• Experience developing, scaling, and commercialising new processes or equipment.

• Lead process and equipment risk assessments to evaluate new technologies.
