Farplas Oto Yedek Parçaları İml.ith.ihrc. A.Ş. Kocaeli’da R&D ve İnovasyon Yöneticisi arıyor. Görev, stratejiyle uyumlu inovasyon ve endüstriyel teknoloji yol haritasını geliştirmek, sahadaki talepleri teknik projelere dönüştürmek ve pilota alınacak çözümleri yönetmekten sorumludur.

Otomotiv sektörü ve ileri üretim teknolojilerinde en az 10 yıl tecrübeye sahip, saha ekipleriyle yakın çalışarak yenilikçi projelerin hayata geçmesini sağlayacak adaylar değerlendirilecektir.

Qualifications

• Mühendislik alanında ilgili lisans/yüksek lisans gereklidir.
• R&D/ inovasyon projelerini yönetecek deneyim istenir.

Responsibilities

• İnovasyon ve endüstriyel teknoloji yol haritasını stratejiyle uyumlu şekilde geliştirmek.
• Otomotiv, mobilite ve ileri üretim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeleri izleyerek yeni teknolojileri belirlemek.
• İmalat süreçlerinde sahadan ihtiyaçları teknik projelere dönüştürmek için mühendislik ve operasyon ekipleriyle çalışmak.
• Feasibility çalışmaları, prototipleme ve pilot uygulamaları yürütmek; sonuçları ölçümlendirmek.
• Üniversiteler, araştırma merkezleri ve teknoloji tedarikçileriyle ortaklıklar kurarak teknolojiyi benimsemeyi desteklemek.
