Job Introduction

The Quality Manager is a critical position responsible for ensuring that products and services meet quality standards. In this role, you will manage quality processes, lead improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the implementation of the company's quality policies.

Company Introduction

In this position, you will work at our Sivas factory, which was acquired by Volex in 2023. Murat Ticaret is a leading manufacturer of cable harnesses and battery cables designed for off-road vehicles and specialty vehicles. Murat Ticaret currently employs approximately 4,000 people at various production facilities across Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing, developing, and ensuring the implementation of the company's quality policies,
• Defining quality standards for products and services and monitoring compliance with these standards,
• Managing quality improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction,
• Planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits,
• Analyzing quality performance in production processes and implementing continuous improvements,
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer requirements,
• Developing and implementing quality strategies in line with organizational objectives.

Requirements and Skills

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive or similar manufacturing industries,
• Proficient in IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management systems,
• With application experience in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D...) processes,
• Advanced English skills,
• Strong communication skills, developed team management and leadership competencies,
• Highly skilled in analytical thinking, planning, and reporting,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Sivas.
