Job summary

TEDEG Defence is a Turkish engineering company developing high-reliability power systems and electromechanical subsystems for the defence industry.

We design and manufacture military power electronics, vehicle electronics and tactical systems, and we seek a graduate or early-career Quality Management System Specialist to train to run our QMS and defence industry registration and certification processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related engineering
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in quality management systems
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system
Knowledge of or training in AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or AQAP-2110 preferred
Internal auditor training is a plus
Interest in defence industry processes (EYDEP, SSB supplier processes, facility security)
Orderly and careful in writing procedures, instructions and reports; strong written Turkish
English sufficient to read standards and technical documents
MS Office proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
No impediment to obtaining a Personnel Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Maintain ISO 9001 quality management system
Contribute to AS9100 and integrated management system work
Prepare and update procedures, work instructions, forms and process documents; run document and revision control
Plan and support internal audits; prepare for certification and customer audits
Prepare inputs for management review meetings and report process performance indicators
