Job Description
- Take an active role in quality excellence and continuous improvement
- Hands‑on exposure to customer quality activities across projects and audits
- Monitor quality performance across production and customer-related processes, ensuring alignment with defined standards and requirements
- Investigate field returns and quality deviations through laboratory coordination and root cause analysis, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders
- Manage customer quality-related platforms and ensure timely and accurate follow-up of actions and documentation
- Coordinate calibration activities for measurement and inspection equipment, ensuring traceability and compliance
- Prepare and submit customer approval documentation for new and existing products in line with customer expectations
- Contribute to feasibility assessments and quality planning activities during new project phases
- Support the definition, implementation, and tracking of customer-specific quality requirements throughout project execution
- Prepare regular quality performance reports and support monitoring of defect trends and cost of quality indicators
- Conduct internal process and system audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Promote continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives across cross-functional teams, supporting a prevention-oriented quality mindset
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system in line with applicable standards and internal procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Has solid experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive supply industry
- Demonstrates hands‑on knowledge of quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Is familiar with quality management systems and customer‑specific quality requirements
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance indicators using standard office tools
- Communicates effectively in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Works well in cross-functional teams and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Shows a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach
