Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

• Performing incoming material quality controls in line with company policies and performance standards
• Planning, executing and efficiently monitoring quality control activities on production lines
• Conducting root cause analyses of nonconformities and following up on corrective and preventive actions
• Planning, conducting and reporting packaging material trials performed on production lines
• Contributing to the development of quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Following secondary packaging, imported product and returned product quality control processes
• Carrying out quality improvement activities and monitoring effectiveness
• Managing supplier evaluation and supplier audit processes and reporting results
• Performing design and label compliance checks in accordance with legal regulations
• Evaluating legal requirements for new product studies and ensuring required controls and official procedures
• Supporting and implementing GMP and 5S practices
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal quality standards

Qualifications

• University degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 2–3 years of hands‑on quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
