We’re looking for a Purchasing Supervisor to join our growing organization.
Job Description
- Managing all the indirect material and service suppliers according to Tchibo Purchasing Guideline
- Receiving department briefs, supplier selection together with business owner, completing internal and/or Tchibo GmbH approval process
- Negotiating the best price and follow up Purchasing process
- Creation of cost reduction suggestions to support/ increase company profitability
- Ensuring all documentation and contracting on time and in line with purchasing procedures
- Preparing the tender documents and follow up all steps of the tender
- Participating in the process of supplier evaluation and management
- Supporting Purchasing department for audit process
- Managing contract negotiations with service suppliers
- Cooperation with legal consultancy for service contracts
- Creation of Purchasing budget
- Prepare requested reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Engineering or Business Administration)
- Min. 5 years of Indirect Purchasing Experience (preferably in Retail and/or FMCG sector)
- Contract management (warranty, supply agreements, terms & conditions, etc.)&procurement experience from an international supply basis
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced Microsoft Office applications
- SAP MM knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, cooperative, team player and self-starter
- Strong negotiation & time management skills in multi-tasking
- No restriction from travelling
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Preferably living in Anatolian side of İstanbul
