As the Germany Provider Engagement Manager, you will own the planning and execution of physician‑focused physical and/or virtual roundtables across Germany. These roundtables enable physicians to collectively pre‑screen patients for clinical trials using Massive Bio’s AI‑driven physician pre‑screening tool (Clinical Network).
This role is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of each event—pre‑event preparation, logistics, physician outreach and invitations, facilitation support, and post‑event insights—while also building and maintaining strategic relationships with providers and institutions. Success is measured by execution quality, physician engagement, and your contribution to enrollment and revenue KPIs through provider adoption and follow‑through.
You will partner closely with Key Account Managers, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure a consistent, high‑quality provider experience.
