General Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial, Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking),
• Experience in sheet metal and welded manufacturing projects within the automotive industry,
• Proficient in project management methodologies and reporting systems,
• Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical mindset,
• Disciplined in time management, strong follow‑up skills, and capable of effective prioritization,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, team‑oriented, and able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Job Description

• Ensure the successful launch of new product projects in line with schedule and quality targets,
• Analyse customer project plans and create corresponding internal project plans to ensure execution,
• Monitor and report on tool, jig, and fixture processes according to project action plans,
• Maintain active communication between the project team, customer, and suppliers to ensure coordination,
• Anticipate and resolve potential technical, logistical, and quality issues throughout the project lifecycle,
• Manage shipment and follow‑up of samples produced within the project scope,
• Analyse engineering change requests, provide feasibility assessments, and ensure proper information flow to stakeholders,
• Ensure the complete preparation of project files and technical documentation (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.),
• Conduct cost analyses related to the project and ensure budget compliance,
• Take an active role in continuous improvement activities.
