About This Role

We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our Ankara Region Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control financial risks within the sales channels and ensure the achievement of regional targets
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses for commercial products in the assigned region
  • Recommend and implement actions to increase regional market share
  • Develop new customers within the commercial product market
  • Create, implement, and supervise sales policies and plans for each sales channel
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and marketing of heating systems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of heating and/or renewable energy systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and able to guide others
  • Active driver
  • Strong team player
  • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership
