(Location: Turkey - Sincan)

We are looking for a Project Manager for Eaton’s electrical business, based in Ankara. The Project Manager leads both strategic and operational initiatives. In addition to overseeing post-order processes, the role actively contributes during the offer stage for Engineered to Order (ETO) and Assemble to Order (ATO) assignments. By guiding cross-functional teams, developing project methodologies, and driving continuous improvement, the Project Manager ensures timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of defined business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Strategic Projects - Define project goals aligned with organizational objectives and break down programs into manageable sub-projects.
  • Manage ETO/ATO Post-Order Processes - Oversee post-order activities ensuring technical and commercial feasibility, cost control, timely delivery, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Order Assessment and Planning - Analyze sales orders, assess feasibility, identify required resources, and prepare detailed milestone plans assigned to team members.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Assembly, Logistics, Engineering, Planning) and leadership to ensure project alignment.
  • Progress Monitoring and Risk Management - Track project progress, coordinate sub-processes, initiate corrective actions, and manage workload adjustments during execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Negotiate and resolve issues with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site and Customer Visit Management - Organize and supervise customer visits (FAT/SAT) and coordinate field service activities on-site.
  • Project Methodology and Governance - Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Reporting and Portfolio Support - Monitor KPIs, metrics, and project status; support portfolio management including prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to meet sales targets and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management within the Medium Voltage sector, preferably in manufacturing or facilities-related areas.
