Job summary

We're looking for a Project Manager for our Multinational Company.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from Architecture/Engineering/Project&Construction Management Faculties (Preferably having master degree, being a graduate from technical universities)
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience, +4/5 years in similar roles
  • Technical knowledge of program/project management, methodology practices, design & construction, fit-out management in retail/commercial turnkey projects, at least 1 project experience through close-out
  • Ability to manage a project within pre-determined scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk
  • Understanding of cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience in team management & collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strategic & analytical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Result oriented approach
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk AEC and MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project etc.)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Project management certification (i.e. PMP) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Assisting & working closely with Architectural Affairs & Construction Department head
  • Reporting to the head of Architectural Affairs & Construction Department
  • Coordinating a team that defines, supports and improves Company’s Project Management Methodology with relevant tools and resources
  • In terms of Investment Projects; Tracking Scope, Schedule & Budget for each level of investment projects, collaboration and coordination with relevant departments
  • Assuring the successful completion of the assigned project within pre-determined scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Collaborating and coordinating with relevant departments, preparing weekly, monthly, annual reports for C-level
  • Moderating Steering Committee weekly meetings, including agenda presentation and MoM preparations
  • Ensuring active use of processes, templates and tools provided as part of Company Project Management Methodology and improve experience through feedback and observations
  • Providing holistic view and governance on risk & issue management and budget tracking
  • Contributing design of a robust request/potfolio evaluation and management processes together with consultants and other stakeholders
