Job description

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. Location: Istanbul/Tuzla, DESBAS

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a department growth strategy; effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
• Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
• Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
• Create instructions following the company’s internal standards.
• Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
• Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
• Report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Higher education (technical field).
• Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new products into production.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
• Experience in creating production documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
