Impact

• Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of development plans.
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant & Oversee materials and inventory management.
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines

Qualifications

• University Degree from Engineering Departments, preferably Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in working in a similar position.
• Demonstrated experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience beneficial.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills & Ability to work under pressure and multitask & Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
• Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
