Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Konya region seeks a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will guide the production team and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to meet business objectives.

This role requires an engineering background in manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity and quality assurance.
• Experience in production management and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and improve efficiency.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Overall Purpose: To effectively manage production processes and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Occupational Health and Safety and Quality

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and Quality standards.
• Manage employees' access to and implementation of safe working conditions.

Management Of Production Processes

• Monitor production processes and propose improvement suggestions to increase efficiency.
• Oversee processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and manage quality controls.

Personnel Management

• Organize, direct, and motivate the production team.
• Evaluate staff performance and identify development opportunities.

Maintenance Of Machinery And Equipment

• Plan and coordinate regular maintenance of production equipment.
• Provide quick intervention and solutions in case of breakdowns.

Cost Control

• Conduct cost analyses to increase efficiency in production processes and propose cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with budget targets.

Communication And Collaboration

• Facilitate effective communication between the production department and other departments.
• Regularly report and share information with upper management.

Performance Analysis

• Analyze the performance of production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate department achievements based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills.
• Ability of analytical thinking.
• Engineering with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity and quality assurance.
• Ability of handling several projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Working effectively with different departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Problem solving skills.
• Living (or willing to live) in Konya.
