Job summary

A leading tourism company is looking for a Product & Yield Management Assistant Specialist in Antalya. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The candidate should ideally be a new graduate or have some experience in tourism, be proficient in English, and possibly know Russian or German. You will be involved in yield management processes and reporting directly to management.

Qualifications

• New graduate or 1 year experience in tourism sector, ideally with a tour operator, airline, or DMC company.

• Good command of English; knowledge of Russian or German is preferred.

We are looking for a Product & Yield Managament Assistant Specialist who will work in our Antalya office with following qualifications;

• New graduate from related fields at university or 1 year of experience in tourism sector preferably in a tour operator airline or DMC company
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills and suitable for team work
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
• University degree, preferably in Tourism administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment – flexible working hours.
• Good command of English, preferably Russian or German
• Currently residing in Antalya.
