Responsibilities
  • Lead the product marketing team and work closely with product teams in an agile structure: Create product-based go-to market strategies and product assets, conduct market research, analyze competitors, gather insights, and create the right marketing strategies and mixes.
  • Increase ARPU and lifetime value of customers by identifying their needs and briefing product teams for new products and solutions.
  • Develop product bundles to sell multiple key products at the time of acquisition.
  • Prepare product marketing roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Track market share, sales performance, competitive positions in the ecosystem.
  • Manage Vodafone Business brand & communication budget.
  • Deliver excellent communications (events, ATL and BTL activities) that effectively cut through to decision makers.
  • Build trust through developing partnerships and co-marketing activities with strong companies.
  • Leverage international opco learnings/programs/offerings and introduce relevant ones to the Turkish market.
  • Lead the marketing development team: set and apply Vodafone Business marketing strategies, develop & perform action plans to increase penetration of Vodafone Business solutions in targeted sectors and focus areas.
  • Analyze and identify potential growth areas via data analysis, market research and customer insight analysis.
  • Develop partnerships with leading industry organizations in Turkey to reach new/target customer base and create impact with Vodafone Business solutions.
  • Increase Vodafone Business brand awareness and consideration among C-levels through PR, events, newsletters, etc.
  • Conduct content marketing and create communication materials for digital demand generation and sales nurturing; prepare whitepapers, videos and marketing assets.
  • Track lead performance through event and marketing activities, and oversee realization of business cases in projects.
  • Foster team spirit and motivate the team for strong performance.
Who you are
  • BSc. degree in Business Administration or Engineering; master degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing development fields.
  • Minimum 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills in Turkish and English.
  • Telecom and technology sector knowledge is a plus.
  • Project management and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to cope with changing work environment.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused.
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus.
