Job summary

Cypher Games is seeking a highly motivated Product Intern in Fatih, Turkey. You will design and iterate game mechanics, analyze mobile games, and contribute directly to product decisions. Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th year students with a strong interest in mobile games and player behavior. This role offers the chance to grow into a full Product role over time, while working closely with the core team and founders to improve player experiences.

We’re looking for highly motivated and analytically strong Product Interns who want to be part of building real player experiences from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, long-term role where you’ll contribute to product decisions while taking ownership of player experience and quality.

We rely heavily on data and statistical thinking to guide our decisions, and turn insights into playable mechanics. If you’ve ever been curious about how game systems work, from slot machines and luck-based mechanics to skill-based systems, and you enjoy working with numbers, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Design and iterate on game mechanics, features, and levels

• Analyze top mobile games to understand what makes them engaging

• Take ownership of player experience and quality (testing, feedback, improvement)
