Qualifications

• Experience in document management and part/product code creation.

Job description

Key Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Canias, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in PLM systems (SAP PLM, Canias PLM, IFS PLM)
• Strong command of English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Solid knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, configuration, and revision management
• Familiarity with ECR (Engineering Change Request) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes
• Experience in part/product code creation, revision, and document management
• Skilled in change management and cross‑functional coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (R&D, Production, Methods, Product Development, or similar technical fields)

Responsibilities

• Manage products, parts, and documents through PLM systems within R&D projects
• Create codes for new parts/products and ensure ERP–PLM integration
• Build and maintain accurate BOMs and revisions
• Initiate, track, and close ECR/ECN processes in relevant systems
• Ensure product changes are fully reflected in ERP, PLM, technical drawings, and related documents
• Coordinate change management with R&D, production, purchasing, quality, and other departments
• Provide technical support during product launch and change processes
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization in PLM and ERP systems
