Lucida AI is a fast-growing startup empowering millions to learn English through ultra-realistic AI conversations. We are seeking a Product Manager (Product Adoption) to lead the adoption strategy, boost activation, and improve onboarding across core experiences.

You will work with Growth, Design, Engineering and Data to run experiments, analyze cohorts, and turn insights into measurable impact while building daily-use habits for our users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience with B2C mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of product adoption, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Experience with onboarding, gamification, growth loops, or habit-forming products.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase is a plus.
• Understanding of consumer psychology and user behavior.
• Results-oriented with fast execution in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the product adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Drive increasing feature adoption and product engagement.
• Identify where users drop off and find opportunities to increase activation.
• Improve onboarding, user journeys, and core product flows.
• Drive adoption of key features through in-product experiences, education, nudges, and experiments.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve activation, engagement, and feature adoption.
• Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and product data to understand adoption drivers.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to turn insights into experiments.
• Continuously experiment with new product experiences, gamification, and engagement mechanics.
• Find new ways to make Lucida AI a daily habit for users.
