Key Responsibilities

• Executebulk procurement for materials sourced outside the US (US-based procurement is handled by our Lombard, IL team).
• Collaborate with technical procurement engineers to process and follow through on purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, ensure timely material readiness, and coordinate international and domestic shipments, including customs and freight.
• Record and track all procurement and logistics actions in the ERP system.
• Align procurement activities with project timelines through close coordination with internal teams and global suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inCivilorIndustrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience inprocurement, logistics, orsupply chainwithin the construction or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity withinternational shipping, Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight logistics.
• Proficiency inERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle).
