Job summary

Volkswagen Doğuş Finansman A.Ş. (vdf) is seeking a Process and Internal Control Specialist to strengthen risk management across operational, financial and compliance processes. The role involves assessing process risks, mapping controls and supporting audits.

You will collaborate with different departments, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and prepare concise reports for management. Fluent English and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process management, internal control, internal audit or compliance.
• Knowledge of internal process management and control frameworks.
• Insurance and/or fleet management sector knowhow is a plus.
• Experience in process mapping and control testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit-related activities when required.
• Be in close relationship with all departments across the organization for all above mentioned tasks and processes.
• Prepare concise reports for management including observations and actions for improvement.
