Baykar is seeking a skilled Grinding Specialist in Turkey to operate surface and cylindrical grinding machines, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances. You will program and set up Fanuc or Siemens CNC grinders, balance wheels, and perform precision measurements to verify compliance with drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating surface and cylindrical grinding machines.
• Capable of programming and setting up CNC grinding machines (Fanuc or Siemens).
• Familiar with GD&T, reading drawings, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding operations according to drawings, work instructions and production orders.
• Secure and set up workpieces on grinding machines with accurate referencing.
• Select, mount, and balance grinding wheels per process requirements.
• Carry out wheel dressing to maintain stability and quality.
• Conduct in-process dimensional inspections using micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Make precision adjustments based on measurements to meet specifications.
• Machine components to drawing tolerances and surface finish requirements.
• Verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish of machined parts.
• Adhere to HSE requirements and production discipline.
• Operate in shift-based production environment.
