What You Will Do
  • will execute the recruitment strategy of the Insider One Development Team & help us exceed borders & march with the best out there,
  • will be coordinating the recruiting process for all technical positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost to hire; our aim is to become better every day,
  • will be conducting telephone interviews and job interviews while demonstrating Insider One’s culture & creating a charming journey for candidates,
  • will manage & support all the steps of the recruitment process for your candidates; you will accompany them throughout,
  • will be cooperating with the management teams in developing talent and implementing improved and effective HR practices; we are building this community together,
  • will be creating policies to support company business objectives; remember, everything can always be better!
  • will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions; if you have an interest, there is no holding back!
What You Will Need
  • have a Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • have 2+ years of experience in recruitment; technical recruitment experience is a plus,
  • have strong recruitment passion & wish to pursue a successful career in this area,
  • are a confident, vibrant person with an everlasting go‑getter attitude,
  • have the ability to manage ambiguity while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership; startups are the art of the possible!
