• Identify and mitigate project risks and adjust plans to minimize impact
• Collaborate with software development, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and delivery standards
