Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial operations, preferably in a crypto exchange.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and regulations in Turkey.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer fiat deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
• Resolve payment processing inquiries from customers.
• Support future product development by testing new offerings.
• Assist the accounting team with reconciliations and payment activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
• Analyze and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve quickly.
• Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings.
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities.
• Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations.
• Flexible on working hours, especially on weekend coverage.
• Support on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in Turkey.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
