• Pursuing a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering programs.
• Being in his/her final year.
• Telecommunication domain know-how and working experience is a plus.
• Basic DB and SQL knowledge.
• Available at least 3 days a week (at least 2 days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Design, Delivery and Customization of standard & pre-identified KPIs and reports.
• Create custom dashboards and automated reports on key business metrics.
• Analyze existing baseline network parameter settings and tune audit reports.
• Participate in technical meetings and monitor product performance.
• Provide L3 support for active customers and feedback to product teams.

Job Description

• Design, Delivery and Customization of standard & pre-identified KPIs and Parameter Audit/Inconsistency reports
• Create custom dashboards and automated reports on key business metrics for various use cases
• Analyze existing baseline network parameter settings and tune audit reports accordingly
• Participate in technical meetings, monitor products performance, prepare module/feature activation reports, perform acceptance tests and highlight benefits of company products
• Provide L3 support for active customers and feedback to product and development teams
