Job summary

Rhety Live Speaking is seeking passionate ESL teachers to join as remote freelance part-time staff for K–12 students. You’ll teach from home, with a schedule Monday to Friday evenings (GMT+3, Turkey Time), up to 20 teaching hours per week.

We provide onboarding and ongoing training, plus a supportive team and a scalable platform to reach thousands of students. You’ll focus on engaging lessons and student progress in a flexible, meaningful role.

Qualifications

• A degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field, or undergrad degree with TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent.
• Preferably 1+ year ESL teaching experience, especially with children in group settings.
• Confidence managing an online classroom effectively.
• Reliable internet and a professional teaching setup.
• Strong communication and commitment to student progress.

Responsibilities

• Teach online to K–12 students from home.
• Manage small groups (up to 12) and deliver engaging lessons.
• Work up to 20 hours per week (evenings GMT+3, Turkey Time).
• Provide timely feedback and track student progress.

Could This Be You?
