Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSL) for Oncology, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The role focuses on scientific communication with leading specialists and advancing cancer therapies.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and CVTs, present data at national/international forums, and support medical plans while upholding the highest ethical standards and scientific integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree in medicine (MD) or pharmacy or dental.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Absolute commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability for actions.
• Self-starter, proactive, business-focused with vision to shape role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and teaching skills and representing J&J in professional settings.
• Valid driving license and preferably based in İstanbul.

Responsibilities

• MSL mission: maximize product value through high-quality one-to-one scientific communication with leading specialists.
• Discuss products and trends in patient care and clinical studies with physicians and other experts.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and CVTs to implement the medical plans and brand goals.
• Maintain contact with opinion leaders and coordinate medical education activities.
