About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational engineering and consultancy company specialized in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
Job Description
- Register subcontractor companies in the company system
- In coordination with department managers, conduct meetings with subcontractor candidates, prepare purchase requests, forward shortlisted ones to the Procurement Department, and follow up on the process
- Prepare and issue work orders for approved subcontractors after the procurement stage
- Maintain records of work orders and update or modify them when required
- Support the Accounting Department throughout the invoicing process and prepare service entries
- Provide administrative and coordination support between subcontractors and internal departments
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in similar positions
- Proficiency in SAP software
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively in teams
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
