Elite World Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı, one of the most prestigious 5-star hotels on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

As our Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations overnight, maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, and upholding our brand standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies professionally.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Supervise night audit and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and service across the property.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role on a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera) preferred.
  • Turkish citizenship is required for this position.
