Job summary

TEKCE is seeking a Real Estate Agent to act as the professional intermediary between sellers and buyers. You will guide clients in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under favorable terms.

Responsibilities include accompanying buyers on viewings, advising on property value, presenting offers, and drafting contracts. A long-term commitment and strong ethics are required, with TEKCE Academy providing two weeks of online training.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Russian language skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and long-term commitment.
• Valid driver’s license and flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills (Internet, Windows, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Accompanying buyers during viewing tours.
• Advising clients on property suitability and value.
• Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers.
• Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Providing advice on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc).
• Having information about the real estate market.
• Creating lists for real estate sales properties with location and features.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensuring fair and honest dealing.
