Our Head Office is in Sheffield City Centre, with offices also based in London and Turkey. We've also expanded further, bringing retailers in Ireland, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands on board, with the vision of being the leading automotive payment and insights platform!

Our Engineering Team is based in Ankara, Turkey, and we are looking for a Mid‑Level Backend Engineer to join our amazing crew!

What will you do as our Mid Backend Engineer?

As a Mid Backend Engineer, you will report directly to the Team Lead and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems to ensure the functionality and scalability of our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sharing best practices and mentoring less experienced engineers
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the team
• Collaborating closely with experienced engineers to continuously learn and grow
• Bringing innovative ideas to enhance system‑wide performance and scalability
• Diagnosing and resolving system issues across the platform
• Taking ownership of tasks from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Debugging and maintaining applications while ensuring code efficiency and performance
• Using Git for version control and tracking code changes
