Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced manufacturing/process engineer to design, optimize, and sustain production methods. You will help improve productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support new product introductions, implement processes, and document work instructions and standards for consistent results across facilities in Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or methods engineering.
• Knowledge of process optimization, time studies, and production planning principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and production processes.
• Improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
• Support new product introductions and process implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production standards.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Support capacity planning and line balancing activities.
