Job summary

Pfizer Turkey seeks a Medical Affairs leader to develop and implement local medical strategies for inline and pipeline assets, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will lead scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, generate RWD/RWE, support regulatory and HTA activities, and ensure compliant medical communications while championing patient-centered care across Turkey.

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor or Pharmacist with Ph.D. is required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs.
  • Knowledge of national healthcare and funding systems.
  • Experience in RWD/RWE generation in healthcare.
  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver local medical strategy and lifecycle plans for Pfizer’s medicines in the nominated therapy area.
  • Communicate the value and safe use of Pfizer medicines to improve patient outcomes and practice.
  • Generate high-quality medical and scientific content and real-world evidence.
  • Provide medical expertise to support regulatory, HTA and payer activities.
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships and scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
  • Review and approve medical materials within MoH, AIFD and company codes.
