We are looking for a skilled ‘Mechanical System Engineer / HVAC Systems’ to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation and operation,
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and energy efficiency,
• Familiarity with performance and safety standards (such as ASHRAE, TS EN, etc.),
• Experience with building automation systems, HVAC automation and energy-saving practices,
• Good command of English (written and spoken),
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications,
• Preferably experienced with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri or Magicad,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management and communication skills,
• Capable of project coordination, field supervision and leading technical teams,
• Already or able to be based in Antalya,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description

• Ensure optimal temperature and air quality by managing heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems across all areas within the airport facility,
• Conduct detailed technical analysis, maintenance, renewal, and reporting for both existing and new HVAC systems,
• Prepare technical specifications and system designs in accordance with relevant regulations (such as ASHRAE and TS EN standards),
• Develop and implement energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable solutions,
• Integrate HVAC and building automation systems for seamless operation,
• Perform root cause analysis in case of system failures and implement permanent corrective actions with complete documentation,
• Plan and coordinate periodic maintenance activities and ensure their on-site execution,
• Supervise field teams in alignment with project plans and prepare regular progress reports,
• Prepare and monitor annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for HVAC systems.
