We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Web) who will blend creativity with data‑driven thinking and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant ad networks.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy from creative ideation and testing to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Google Dublin, Meta London, TikTok Dubai) to ensure smooth execution and maximum performance.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance through tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, turning data into actionable insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and monitor dashboards and analytics reports to evaluate campaign performance and scale while achieving target KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data and user insights to shape effective marketing and monetization strategies.
  • Think creatively and use innovative strategies to drive growth beyond standard performance marketing.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within web-based products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking tools such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Understanding of big data environment and experience with a Google Tag Manager is a plus.
