Job summary

Sanofi in Turkey is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Management Trainee to join the Immunology Commercial Team. You will support ongoing activities and gain full ownership of specific processes and projects in a fast-paced, global pharmaceutical environment.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with up to 2 years' experience, fluent in English, proficient with MS Office, and eager to challenge the status quo. Travel up to 30% may be required as you develop into a future leader at Sanofi.

The ideal candidate will play an important role as a part of the Immunology Commercial Team to support ongoing activities, and get the full ownership of specific processes and projects. Requirements for the role

• Fresh graduates or young professionals with maximum of 2 years professional experience with a degree from reputable universities in a related field (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or an MBA degree)
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• A mindset to challenge the status quo without hesitation
• Strategic approach to operate, find solutions and deliver results in a complex, matrix and cross-cultural environment
• Proactive attitude and initiative taking
• Curiosity to go beyond
• Passion for team-play with can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)

There might be some travel required for this position (up to 30% of the time)
