Position Summary
Altan Hidrolik is a tier 1 manufacturer of fluid conveyance products including hose and tube assemblies, fittings, and connectors; with more than 35 years of experience supporting the automotive, off-highway and defense industries. Based in Istanbul, Türkiye, we deliver engineering-oriented solutions for critical hydraulic, thermal, air conditioning, fuel systems and other fluid conveyance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to create and refine the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Altan Hidrolik’s business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of all marketing activities in line with the established strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Ensure consistency of Altan Hidrolik’s corporate identity and its brands across all digital and print materials, aligning with the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and manage the corporate content calendar, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional content, and website updates.
- Oversee website updates, optimize social media engagement, and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of Altan Hidrolik’s presence at industry events, managing all logistical aspects, budgeting, and internal/external resource allocation.
- Design and oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials.
- Coordinate with event organizers, freelancers, design studios, marketing agencies, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and materials.
- Oversee corporate online profiles and communication with customers and the platform teams.
- Ensure the proper development and management of internal and external corporate documentation and communication.
- Oversight of a Graphic Designer as a direct report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus in Marketing Management or Digital Marketing)
- Proven track record (5+ years) in marketing management with a strong focus on B2B marketing, ideally in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
- Experience with end-to-end marketing execution from planning and strategy to hands-on execution, including content creation, digital marketing, event management, and branding with minimal supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions and continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Understanding of customer behavior and trends in B2B industries, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Strong communication skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication abilities, especially when designing technical content and interacting with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus.
- Excellent English skills for creating high-level technical content and marketing materials.
