Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider seeks an experienced Marine/Structural SME to support a SPS Project for a Drillship in Turkey. The role involves ensuring compliance with international maritime standards, coordinating inspections, and preparing detailed work scopes. Candidates should have a degree in Marine Engineering and extensive offshore experience. The position offers a competitive daily rate, health insurance, and accommodation with a rotational schedule of 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marine SME to join a SPS Project for a Drillship in Türkiye. This role requires project planning and execution and key objective is to ensure compliance with international maritime standards and supporting safe, efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with IMO conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL), MODU Code, ISM/ISPS codes, and flag state requirements
  • Coordinate and support class surveys, flag state inspections, and third-party audits specific to SPS scope.
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work for inspection, maintenance, repair, and commissioning aligned with SPS project milestones.
  • Review and validate technical documentation, maintenance records, and certification packages.
  • Maintain accurate project reports and organize records in STAR for SPS deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Marine Engineering or related discipline.
