Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Plant Logistics Leader to join our team at the Gebze manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing plant related RM-PM materials’ inbound and outbound logistics processes, leading SAP WMS operated plant logistics warehouse, and leading a team of logistics professionals.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in logistics or related fields
• Experience with SAP IM/WM module
• Ability to manage complex operations and logistics processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, blue and white collar team leading
• Familiar to Manufacturing plant environment
• Must reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit area

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes at the manufacturing plant
• Manage raw material, bulk, and packaging material warehouses. (#1 IM level + #1 WM level with total 2k pallets)
• Lead and supervise a team of 20, including blue-collar workers and one white-collar site logistics supervisor including all hiring, KPI tracking, training planning
• Adopting EHS sensitivities as the first priority in operations and be an active part of manufacturing EHS management programme
• Preparation and follow-up of all department procedures and instructions as part of the total quality management system
• All RM-PM GR, putaway, staging, lefback goods movements responsibility within the entire manufacturing plant
• Leading FP deliveries to 3PL FP warehouses from manufacturing plant
• Leading RM-PM (Raw Material - Packaging Material) reciprocal movements to four different subcontractor manufacturing plants
• Handle manufacturing plant logistics-related contracts and leased equipment contracts
• Lead and manage investment projects, oversee planning, execution, and team coordination to ensure successful project outcomes
• Carrying out all joint work with the dangerous goods safety consultant subject to the manufacturing plant operation
• Track operation-related costs and let the regarding invoices to be posted in time
• Responsible from monthly month closure operations from manufacturing logistics point of view
• Conduct W2W and Cycle inventory counts as the count lead
• Manage financial and inventory metric KPIs
• Drive team management, problem-solving, and team-building initiatives
• Lead SAP improvement projects related to manufacturing plant logistics
