What you'll do?

• Maintain and manage the logistics software systems used for tracking, inventory management, and transportation.
• Analyze current logistics processes and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Supervise and lead a team of product owners, providing training and mentorship as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues related to logistics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead digital transformation logistic system development projects.
• Drive end to end implementation.

What we're waiting for you?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 year process optimization, system development, software product owner related role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics system development management or a related role. Experience with logistics software systems is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and technology.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
